Donna Pioli

Donna Pioli strives to create bright, touchable pottery. She imbues playful and organic elements into her ceramic vessels. Utilizing both electric kilns and wood fired kilns, she chooses glazes and finishes that highlight the curves and textures of her forms. She delights in the level of control and malleability that clay affords…but also in the unexpected, stunning phenomena that can occur in the kiln.

Donna currently serves as the Ceramics Program Director and enjoys teaching classes and workshops at Mother Brook Arts. Additionally, she instructs clay and craft classes with the SNAP (Special Needs Arts Programs) organization in Lexington, MA. Donna has been a juried member of The League of New Hampshire Craftsmen since 2022.
