Erin Becker, Executive Director
Erin Becker joined Mother Brook Arts and Community Center in November 2024 after leading the Cambridge Art Association (CAA) since 2012. Her work in the nonprofit arts sector spans 20 years. Her passion lies in creating welcoming spaces that are open to all.
As an extension of her work, Erin has served as an exhibition juror and portfolio reviewer with a number of organizations, including the Danforth Art Museum, RISD, Provincetown Art Association and Museum and the Fitchburg Art Museum. She is co-founder of the Arts Centers Alliance (ACA), a group of ~25 community arts leaders. Erin also provides advisory services to emerging and mid-career artists.
Erin holds a BA in Art History from Boston University, a Certificate from Boston University’s Institute for Nonprofit Management Leadership Core Program at Ouestrom Business School, and a certificate from the Cultural Equity Learning Community. She lives in Dorchester with her husband, Andrew.

Tracy Driscoll, Chair
Tracy Driscoll is a trained independent mediator and has mediated for the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, the Norfolk Project at the Norfolk Probate and Family Court District, Boston Municipal Court and Norfolk District Courts. She attended Northeastern University for Business Administration, received her mediator certification from MWI and took supplemental classes at UMASS Boston graduate program in conflict resolution.
Tracy has been an active member of the Dedham Community for over 30 years. She has served on numerous boards and committees, including being elected to the Dedham School Committee. An avid tennis player, Tracy currently teaches for the Junior Tennis Program at the Dedham Health and Athletic Club.
Tracy became involved with MBACC while working on their Bluegrass and BBQ and Ante Up fundraisers. Shortly after Tracy joined the Board, the Covid-19 pandemic struck and forced organizations to look for new ways to connect with the public. To meet this new challenge Tracy spearheaded the first outdoor youth art exhibit Convergence at Mother Brook and partnered with the Dedham Youth Commission to provide outdoor movies. Tracy launched the MBACC monthly newsletter, providing timely updates and information about happenings at MBACC. Tracy has been a board member of Mother Brook Arts and Community Center since 2019. -
Dan Hart, Vice Chair
Dan Hart is a Senior Sourcing Consultant in Strategic Procurement at Harvard University. Dan received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. His professional background is in commercial printing with over 20 years of production management experience and with procurement and sourcing initiatives.
Dan is married to Kelly and has three children. Dan served as Parks and Recreation Commissioner in Dedham for two terms, and is a former member of the East Dedham Revitalization Committee. Dan is on the board of the Mother Brook Community Group and the Dedham Museum and Archive and has a passion for all types of history. He is a lifelong Dedham resident and grew up less than a mile from the MBACC. Dan has been a board member of Mother Brook Arts and Community Center since 2016.

Diego Chevere, Secretary
Diego Chevere has spent the past twenty plus years of his professional career in procurement for various industries including pharmaceuticals, food and construction materials. He is currently supporting procurement activities in the development of large-scale electric infrastructure projects for National Grid Ventures. Diego received his Bachelors of Science and Business Management from the Universidad del Sagrado Corazon, in Puerto Rico. He moved to Massachusetts from Puerto Rico in 2005.
Diego is married to his lovely wife Jeannette and has two children. Diego has been a Dedham resident for 16 years and actively volunteers in events that support the community. His hobbies are centered around outdoors activities, such as kayaking on the Dedham water trail, fishing, and paddle boarding. He was elected to the role of Town Meeting Member, in Dedham in 2022. Diego has been a board member of Mother Brook Arts and Community Center since 2024.

Annika Cox, Treasurer
Annika Cox is the owner/operator of ANNIKA PURE, a successful skincare, bath and body and home fragrance business. Annika received a degree in Finance with a Spanish minor from Bentley College. Her passions include real estate, financial literacy and stewardship, and the arts. She is a successful real estate investor with several residential holdings throughout the Greater Boston area. Her professional background includes bank supervision, governance and credit risk management, with over 20 years within the Federal Reserve System. She retired from the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston in 2024.
Annika serves as a greeter at her local church and has facilitated financial management courses to fellow congregants. Annika moved to Dedham, from Boston, in 2020 and lives in East Dedham, walking distance from MBACC. Annika has been a board member of Mother Brook Arts and Community Center since 2022.

Kevin F. Hampe
Kevin F. Hampe, a longtime Dedham resident, is a practicing attorney in the Town of Dedham. His law practice specializes in real estate and municipal law. He has been active in various organizations in the Town, as a coach and on the Board of Directors of various youth sports such as Hockey, Football and Baseball.
In addition, Kevin has been a past president of the Norfolk Bar Association, Director of the Dedham Savings Bank, Member of the Dedham Historic Commission and longtime Town Meeting Member. Kevin has been a board member of Mother Brook Arts and Community Center since 2018.

Kathie Lindemann
Kathie Lindemann is a retired retail executive with over 30 years of experience with national and international brands. She retired in 2020 from the role of senior vice president of retail support services for Panera, LLC. Prior to joining Panera, Kathie served as COO at Flex Pharma in Boston and DAVIDsTEA, Inc. of Montreal.
Kathie’s formative years were spent at Starbucks Coffee Company where she had a 20-year career and held a variety of executive positions in both the domestic and international businesses, including time in London as the managing director, Starbucks UK.
Kathie loves the outdoors and is an avid traveler and gardener, actively contributing time and energy to community and outdoor organizations. Previously, Kathie was involved with Boy Scouts and served on the board of IslandWood, an environmental education center in Washington State. She currently serves on the fiduciary board of Cambia Health Solutions in Portland, OR on the advisory board for Marble & Granite in Westwood, MA and the Personnel Committee of Park Street Church in Boston, MA. Kathie has been a board member of Mother Brook Arts and Community Center since 2018.

Kevin Scollan
Kevin Scollan is a project manager and master craftsperson for Schiefer Woodworking. He brings 40 years of experience managing and communicating with clients and tradespeople in all aspects of home, municipal and historic construction. He manages all projects through a unique lens of expertise in all trades, to bring an unparalleled eye for the finished product. Kevin’s communication and negotiation expertise allows him to keep the client happy while delivering a quality, on-time and on-budget deliverable. Past projects include town halls, schools, fire and police stations in Boston, Watertown, Dover, Sherborn, Norwood and Weston. He has managed numerous historic preservation-painting projects such as the Senate reception room in the Massachusetts State House and the Old South Church in Boston.
Kevin brings the same intentionality, time, enthusiasm and experience to community arts initiatives. He is a drummer who has played in numerous bands including seminal Austin, TX punk bands in the early ‘80s, establishing an arts scene along with fellow artists and musicians; Daniel Johnston, Paul Leary, Frank Kozik and David Yow and many more well-known Austinites.
Kevin devotes hundreds of volunteer hours advising and managing structural and design issues as well as strategy and programming for MBACC. He assists world-renown muralists such as Percy Fortini-Wright and Mattaya Fitts with the physical completion of building murals. Kevin has been a board member of Mother Brook Arts and Community Center since 2017.
